Swiss Shipping
Swiss post economy:
usually delivered in 1-3 business days
Flat rate CHF 8 (up to 2kg), 

European Shipping
Swiss post international europe:
usually delievered in 3-7 business days
CHF 10 up to 0,5kg, CHF 13 for 0,5g-1kg, CHF20 for 1kg-2kg

International Shipping
Swiss post international worldwide: 
usually delivered in 7-10 business days; (no tracking available)
CHF 12.00 up to 0,5kg, CHF 18 for 0,5-1kg, CHF32 for 1kg-2kg

POPLIN PROJECT is not responsible for any matter regarding the custom policies or administrative fees and duties that may apply in customer country. We will be happy to assist you if you have any questions about this matter.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent within 3-7 working days of payment being received in full into POPLIN PROJECT's account. In some situations Swiss Post may take up to 3 days if shipping over a weekend domestically. International shipments require 7-10 business days to arrive. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays. 
 

TRACKING

Once an order has been placed and payment received in full, we will post your item(s). As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order and a link to your tracking information. Tracking is available for all goods shipped domestically with either Standard or Swiss Post. Tracking is available for goods shipped internationally with Registered International Mail, however it is not available for Standard Airmail. We recommend you purchase Registered International Mail if ordering from overseas so you can track your order.
